When the application is initiated click on the URL to surf to the first page.

When the user clicks on the Save To File option the following dialog will appear. Simply select the folder to hold the saved content.

After the folder is select the following dialog may appear if the folder is not empty.

When the user Selects the Yes option all the existing files in that folder are deleted. Be sure and take care using this option.

The next dialog to appear prompts the user for a family identifier.

Typicality the user types in a file prefix. I sometimes use my initials and my response would be “amb” (minus quotes).

The first file was saved. Next click on the “2” option (minus double quotes). After the page changes click on the Save To File Option to save the second file. This process is repeated until there are no more pages to save.

BCS Populate Data Label

This application allows the user to populate the MySQL data element display label.  To begin the process click on the Select Data Table option.

The following dialog will appear.  Simply traverse the list and double click on the desired data table.

The list of the available data elements appear in the following dialog.  For new data elements not found in the repository and new entry is made simultaneously.  The repository is designed for unique data elements names only.  For our purposes duplicate data names are not allowed.

Click on the desired data element to invoke the edit dialog.

Only the Label Field in this dialog may be modified.  All other fields are read only.  This process may be repeated until you are satisfied the the data element labels for you tables reflects the correct label information.

BCS Rename Source Unit

There are those times when a unit needs a new identity.

When the user clicks on the Gen New Source option the following dialog appears.

When the input path is selected the following dialog appears.

A check of the files existence is made and if the file exists the following dialog will appear.

Next the user is given an opportunity to rename the file.

The user either selects a new file name or the following dialog appears.

Once the information entry requirements are met the selected source code unit is used as input and the newly created source code unit with the selected family id.
